Good Questions to ask yourself:
1. Can I set limits and still be a loving person?
2. What are legitimate boundaries?
3. Why do I feel guilty or afraid when I consider setting boundaries?
4. Aren't boundaries selfish?
(Cloud and Townsend)
We will explore the answers to these questions and more during these workshops. Being able to set limits doesn't always feel good but they are necessary.
Are you ready for new discoveries about yourself, others and God?

"CONTEMPLATIVE MOMENTS IN TIME"
COME AWAY TO A QUIET PLACE TO BE WITH GOD
Thursdays - 10:30 am - 11:30 am
September 12, October 10, November 14, December 12
January 9, February 13, March 12, April 9, May 14, June 11
You are invited to come away from your busy schedule and the demands placed on you for a short interval. Come to refresh your spirit and experience intimacy with God, through quiet prayer. Each month we will begin with a poem, a reading, or a short video clip to set the tone for contemplative silence. To the heart that is open, God speaks. How do you hear and listen to that still small voice that needs to be heard.
